There are no refunds once the board has been shipped or returns.
3 month warranty on all manufacturers defects.
You may be asked to cooperate and send videos of any issues you have with the board, and we can send out the spare parts required to help fix your issue.
This only includes issues as a result of manufacturing defect, not wear and tear by customer usage.
